QUESTION; why do I need "My Healthy Vet"?
ANSWER; Have you forgotten when your next appointment is? Do you really understand what your Provider has told you? Did you forget to renew your prescriptions? Do you know what the side effects are? Do you know what your lab tests are? Do you know what your Providers "progress notes" say? Answers to these questions and more may be found on My Healthy Vet!
BUT; You have to sign up! How do I sign up, that's easy. If you have access to a computer on line. I know, you don't like to give out the private, information. Or you don't trust the internet. It is easy and safe! A friend, family member can help you or you can get access at the Library for "FREE". Information will be at the front desk at the Oil City Public Library. Just go to;

It was so easy I did it without any problems. Follow the instructions carefully. REMEMBER; Have a pen and paper with you as there is information you need to keep to log on each time. User Password, User ID and two security questions. Keep this information with you, you will not be able to log on without it.
