The Crisis
Center is a non profit program of which offers support services for
victims of crime and abuse. All services are free and
confidential. Support services are also offered to the relatives,
friends, and communities affected by violence.
- domestic violence.
- violent crimes including simple/aggravated
assault, DUI related offenses, burglary, and homicide.
- rape or sexual assault.
- physical, psychological and verbal abuse.
- adult survivors of sexual abuse/incest.
- child sexual abuse.
- date/acquaintance rape.
- sexual harassment.
- marital rape.
- domestic or foreign terrorism
You may be a victim of abuse if you:
- are frightened of your partner's temper.
- are often compliant because you are afraid of
your partner's anger.
- find yourself making excuses for your
partner's behavior when you are treated badly.
- have been threatened, hit, choked, had things
thrown at you, etc. by your partner.
- have been prevented from seeing or talking to
friends.
- have been forced to engage in non-consensual
sex.
- were fondled/touched as a child.
