One week night (Mon. Thru Thurs.) $100.00
$75.00 a night, two consecutive week nights.
Weekend (Fri. thru Sun.) Rate $275.00
By the week $375.00 - By the month $1,250.00
(Prices for Holiday weekends, add 10%)
(add $15.00 per night each additional occupant)
Pets welcome but must add $25.00 per night each.
$50. security/cleaning deposit. (held until checkout)

What  You need to Pack: Clothing, food, beach towels, personal items, recreational items (boat, fishing tackle, swimming / scuba gear, etc.)

We have supplied: Bath and bed linens, all cooking and eating utensils, spices, soap, toilet paper and garbage bags.
